Cancellation & Refund Policy - Please review our cancellation policy carefully before booking.

72+ Hours Before: 100% refund Less $3.00 per person admin fee
Less than 72 Hours: 0% refund No refund or reschedule

Tours are charged in full at the time of booking
Cancellation of reservations more than 72 hours in advance of the tour date will be refunded less an administrative fee of $3.00 per person
Reservations canceled less than 72 hours prior to the date of the tour will not be eligible for a refund. No reschedules or refunds will be given with less than 72 hours notice
Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals. Tours leave on schedule and it will not be possible to join a tour after it has started
If The Canyons Zip Line & Adventure Park cancels your tour prior to the start of the tour due to inclement weather or any other unforeseen event, we will refund your payment in full. Tours that are already in progress will not be eligible for a refund
Participants under the age of 18 must have proper parental/guardian supervision and/or valid permission to participate. Participants under the age of 18 who do not have the required documentation will be denied participation in the tour

Important Guidelines & Preparation - Please review these important guidelines to ensure the best experience:

Before You Arrive

Arrival Time: Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time for check-in.
Physical Requirements: Tours vary in difficulty. Check your specific tour description for activity level and fitness requirements.

What to Bring

Weather Preparation: Dress for the weather. Bring layers, sun protection, and appropriate footwear (Must be closed toe and closed heel) for outdoor activities.
Stay Hydrated: Come hydrated! We will provide water breaks on course.
Capture Memories: We will take photos of your adventure on the course and you can purchase them after the tour. But you may bring your own phone or camera to caputre your adventure at your own risk.
