Booking Questions
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak seasons (May-September). Popular tours can fill up quickly, sometimes weeks in advance. Last-minute bookings are possible if space is available, but to ensure your spot and preferred time, we suggest booking at least 2-3 weeks ahead.
Yes, you can modify your booking subject to availability. Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made 30+ days before the tour date receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee
- 15-29 days: 75% refund
- 7-14 days: 50% refund
- 0-6 days: No refund available
While creating an account makes the booking process easier and allows you to view your booking history, we do offer guest checkout options. However, creating an account provides a smoother experience for future bookings and enables you to easily access your past and upcoming tour information.
Tour Experience
For most tours, we recommend:
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Weather-appropriate clothing (layers are always a good idea)
- Sunscreen and sunglasses
- Water bottle
- Camera
- Small backpack for personal items
Meal inclusions vary by tour. Some tours include snacks, refreshments, or complete meals, while others do not. The tour description will specify what's included. For tours without meals, our guides are happy to recommend local restaurants and eateries either during or after the tour.
Our tours range from easy to moderate in terms of physical activity. Each tour description includes a difficulty rating:
- Easy: Suitable for all fitness levels, minimal walking, accessible for those with mobility challenges
- Moderate: Involves walking on varied terrain, some stairs or inclines, comfortable for most average fitness levels
- Active: Extended periods of walking, hiking on uneven terrain, climbing stairs, recommended for those with good fitness levels
Group & Special Requirements
Yes, we offer private tours for groups and can customize itineraries to meet specific interests or requirements. Private tours allow for more flexibility in scheduling and enable us to tailor the experience to your group's preferences.
