1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

2. Bookings and Reservations

By making a booking through our Service, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Tour booking confirmations are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse any booking without giving reasons.

Once a booking is confirmed, a binding contract comes into existence. Payment terms and schedules for tours will be specified at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation and Modification Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 30+ days before tour date: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee
• 15-29 days before tour date: 75% refund
• 7-14 days before tour date: 50% refund
• 0-6 days before tour date: No refund available

All requests for cancellations must be made in writing to info@freedomtours.com.

Modifications to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Tour Conduct and Safety

You agree to follow all reasonable instructions from our tour guides or staff during the tour. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a tour if their behavior is deemed to be detrimental to the safety or enjoyment of others.

Participants must have an appropriate level of fitness for the specific tour they have booked. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are capable of participating in the tour.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel a tour for safety reasons, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Freedom Tour Company and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Freedom Tour Company.
