What is included in the tour price?
Our tour prices typically include transportation, guide services, admission to listed attractions, and any specified meals. Specific inclusions vary by tour and are clearly listed in each tour description.
How early should I arrive before the tour?
We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes before your scheduled departure time to allow for check-in and preparation. For tours with special requirements, specific arrival times will be noted in your confirmation.
Are tours wheelchair accessible?
Many of our tours accommodate wheelchairs and mobility devices, but accessibility varies by location and tour type. Please contact us before booking to discuss specific accessibility needs.
Can I bring children on the tour?

What happens in case of bad weather?
Tours operate in most weather conditions, but may be modified or rescheduled for severe weather. We will contact you if weather necessitates changes to your booking.
Are gratuities included?
Gratuities for guides and drivers are not included in the tour price. While tipping is always at your discretion, 15-20% is customary for excellent service.
Can I bring my pet on the tour?
With the exception of service animals, pets are generally not permitted on tours. Please contact us in advance if you have a service animal.
Are meals provided during the tours?
Some tours include meals as specified in the tour description. For tours without included meals, we typically schedule breaks where food can be purchased.
